Circus announces a capital increase of up to €21.3 million
A completed €16 million preplacement forms part of the planned financing announced by our portfolio company.
March 20, 2025
Circus SE has resolved to carry out a capital increase of up to €21.3 million. As part of the transaction announced on 20 March 2025, the company completed a private preplacement of one million new shares, raising €16 million from qualified investors.
The remaining shares were intended to be offered through a subscription-rights process, subject to the required documentation. The announced €21.3 million therefore represents the maximum potential gross proceeds, rather than the amount already raised at that stage.
The preplacement included newly appointed Co-CEO Claus Holst-Gydesen, as well as existing and new shareholders. For Circus, it marks a further financing step as the company develops its business.
