Backing Deltia to bring AI to the factory floor

We’ve invested in Deltia, joining its €4.5 million seed round led by Cavalry Ventures alongside existing investor Merantix, Robin Capital and other investors. We’re backing Maximilian Fischer and Silviu Homoceanu as they bring computer vision into everyday manufacturing.

Deltia turns activity on the factory floor into information that production teams can use. Its software helps document manual processes, understand cycle times and identify where assembly or machine setup could be improved.

We see an opportunity to make valuable operational knowledge easier to capture and share. As manufacturers face a shortage of skilled workers, understanding how work gets done can help them improve processes and train new colleagues.

The funding will support product development, customer onboarding and the team’s expansion into more factories. We’re pleased to join Max and Silviu as they build tools that connect AI with the practical needs of production teams.
