Knowunity raises €27 million to expand its AI learning companion
The Series B will support product development and international growth as our portfolio company brings personalised learning to more students.

Knowunity has raised €27 million in Series B funding, led by XAnge. New and existing investors include PortfoLion, Isomer Capital, Project A, Redalpine and Educapital, alongside business angels.
The platform combines student-created learning materials with a personalised AI companion. It helps students prepare for exams, work through topics and build study plans and quizzes around their needs.
At the time of the announcement, Knowunity reported 20 million users across more than 15 countries. The funding will support further development of its AI product and expansion into new markets, particularly the United States and Asia.
We’re excited to see the team continue its work on making individual learning support available to more students. The company’s ambition to reach over a billion learners remains a long-term goal.
